Panasonic HPX-2000 Camera

The Panasonic HPX-2000 is our “workhorse” camera that we use to capture sharp images for broadcasters all over the world.

It can easily record into any broadcast format: NTSC, PAL, 1080i/50, 1080i/60, 720p/30, 720p25 as well as over 30 other formats.

It records in AVC-INTRA100, a very robust codec which provides 10-bit 4:2:2 images at 100mbps, which is comparable to mastering video quality.  It records to P2 cards or external hard drive recorders, which allows us to provide extremely fast turnaround for news and other time-sensitive applications.

With our Fujinon 13×4.5 Wide Angle HD Lens, this is a perfect camera for Steadicam or shoulder-mounted ENG-style operation.
